I just hear all the time about a “bottom” and when it doesnt come those ‘in the know’ start saying things like, “well, I didnt mean in price, I ment in sales, or in # of starts or Months of inventory or ….. (insert whatever was the least horrible stat this month)” .
I just wanted to understand “feel the heat” in the correct context so I dont get my hopes up. 🙂
