Most of my friends in Coronado are homeowners so they have a vested interest in the market so I don’t think they’re being objective. They say real estate in Coronado is an emotional thing. Buyers will fall in love with a property and pay any price to get it. I know this sounds ridiculous but that seems to be the general mentality of owners there.
