Thanks, Huckleberry. It didn’t make sense and I had a very time believing any of it. But since nothing is making sense to me lately, well, I just didn’t know what to think.
Maybe in the Inland Empire or even Temecula, I can see there properties that have close to 50% off the peak getting bought bulk. That would not be in San Diego. There may be some in really bad parts of towns or condos w/upside-down HOAs – maybe.
