Thanks guys for your advice and humor. I am finding that it is easier to be a bear when things are going well, it is much harder for me when things are crashing and deals starting to pop up. Maybe I’ll just start looking for terrible MLS pictures to post on that thread instead of combing the MLS for deals just yet.
