Did Bella Lago discontinue the Mello Roos fees. The first phase did not have Mello Roos, but the phases after that did. Bella Loga is at a disadvantage because they are not part of Rolling Hills and cannot use any of their amenities, including their “World Class Swin Club”. I also noticed that sale for $1.4 million for a Quintessa by a private party. Do you have any inside knowledge on that one of a kind sale? I’ve also just noticed the new prices for Clearstory. Then Provence goes and lowers their prices the next day after Clearstory list their new prices. Provence has their 5,400sqft 4 car garage home for $899K undercutting Clearstory by $100K.
