Thanks for the clarification. I still see bias against and/or misunderstanding of residential RE as an asset class. That is now more easily understood. No offense to Patrick but that is why I blog here. I will check out his site. I am sure he understands the time and principal reduction factors on investment properties better than he conveys in the posted article. I am also sure that he realizes that there is quite possibly going to be subsequent RE bubbles that he can capitalize on if he is not morally against it.
