Thanks for posting that, TG. When they first announced the plan, I was pretty hopeful, but it sounds like a lot of people will find new ways around it (what’s new?).
Still, it IS a step in the right direction, IMHO. I like that they are admitting that organic buyers are having a hard time competing with investors of various stripes.
