Thanks afx for the tip, but the issue isn’t with the captcha, it’s with the fact that I don’t want to make every single user enter a captcha every time they post because that’s a big hassle. The solution employed by the system I am using is to guess whether it’s potential spam, and to only captcha (is that a verb?) if it is. So some non-spam will get captchad (sorry), and some spam will get through — though hopefully that will decrease as the system learns.
