We too have been busy looking up there, but I believe we’ve decided to focus efforts on Meadowview. Just waiting for that perfect repo to pop up.
I’m surprised by your comments that ‘no one’s looking’…I’ve seen the opposite in Meadowview, with lots of movement and offers, so let me know how it goes and if really things are finally slowing down up there. We will never get into a multiple bidding situation…just don’t like it, so we’ve been waiting to see if it would slow down a bit around there….let me know what you think!
