Re:”Experimental”. To satisfy that need I head to Wine Steals in Hillcrest every Sunday at noon for their ‘pour off’. 6 half-glasses of whatever is left over and open from the weekend.
*However*, now you guys have me paranoid thinking that I’m not doing these wines as service as they have been oxidized from being open.
