Tell me, scaredy, do you think that you would know more about homophobia, for example, than someone who is gay and has experienced it all their lives? Do you think that the average gay person spends less time studying, or thinking about, or talking about homophobia than an “expert” does? Would you honestly say that you, as a 100% straight person, know more than a gay person does about homophobia and the experience of being gay in a homophobic society?
