Hate to admit this, but I use a loud standing fan on high, plus a loud ceiling fan, and the TV…all year ’round, due to insomnia. We’re hot-blooded, so the fans work for us. We can always add more blankets in the winter, if necessary.
Mr. CAR is an exceptionally gracious and tolerant soul. It can’t be fun being married to someone with sleeping disorders.
