I can’t believe you’re honestly asking this question. Do you want the landlord to wipe your ass for you too? Ok, that one was probably over the top, but my point is the landlord isn’t responsible for any little imperfection in your home. Just like you would feel ill-used if you left a spot in the oven when you left and he kept your security deposit.
Navydoc your remarks were rude and unacceptable for someone posting as a Navy physician. I certainly hope you treat your patients with more respect. I’m curious, what is your specialty? I think the renter is expecting too much in this case too but what do your degrading comments do to help the situation?
