I had a HORRID experience when I ordered stuff for December birthdays and Christmas from Best Buy. They didn’t ship when they were supposed to. They shipped the wrong stuff. Their telephone customer service was beyond rude (after you wait more than an hour to get to a person) and they blamed the post office for everything – including the wrong items being shipped.
Never again. Not for the reasons you said – but because they took every bit of benefit out of ordering online and replaced it with a kafka like process to get the ordered products.
