Speculation is Over! That is what was driving the Real Estate Boom. Easy Credit allowed ANYONE to play. Now all we are stuck with is HIGH PRICES. Nowhere to go, but DOWN. It is obvious to me and will become clearer as we get into the Summer Buying Season. Smart buyers are waiting until at least Next Summer. Get ready for the Crash of 07′
