Sounds great. I’d probably do it and if it does not work out you still have a killer guest room. My Mom does Airbnb out of Kingman AZ and I’m amazed how well it’s going. Seems to be a lot of people out there just looking for a place to crash to and from the Grand Canyon. I’d think you’d do really well with similar people going to and from SD.
