Sorry bg, it’s their business. I have a neighbor who inherited his mothers house.It is ramshackle to say the least. He admits to me that if he were half as ambitious as his parents or me his property would be nice.He pays very low property taxes ;). None of my business.He is one of my favorite neighbors. Same if I lived in Chula Vista, North Park, or Del Mar.
I understand feeling like it is unfortunate when it goes one way and fortunate when something nice looking gets done.
