Sometimes, the sellers might be in a position where they need to sell more quickly, rather than sit on the market for many more months, slowly dropping the price.
All buyers need to realize they *they* are the ones who determine what market price is. They need to offer what they think a house is worth.
Not to be mean, but if buyers choose not to do this, that is their problem, not the problem of the LA.
