Someone is thinking the City of SD should file bankruptcy San Diego May Cut Benefits With Bankruptcy. But let’s build a new library. And please no one get me wrong. I wanted a library d/t a long time ago. But w/the way the economy is and the way the city is managing its finances, I just don’t think this is the best time. This actually really pisses me off.
