Think about that… you are willing to spend 800 thousand dollars to live that close to power lines…Why? As you can see from all the other posts there is an overwhelming opinion scattered with evidence that more then a few people have quite negative opinions of them. I would take the 800k and go something in old scripps south of pomerado. Seems like there would some decent alternatives. Even 4S there is some decent stuff you can buy getting into the 800s…
