So, why not proactively put together a team that has the money, knowledge, experience, and connections we would need in the future? Even if we miss out on the “IOU” opportunity (if there was one), we can be positioned to act quickly and aggressively in the future if we know what kind of resources we are working with.
I’m not sure about what Rich is doing (or what he’s technically and legally allowed to do), but perhaps he would like to be a part of this??? 😉
