Skip dinner if you are not very hungry. Just skip it… or just have a healthy snack at some point, if that will do.Even if it is unhealthy, a less than perfectly healthy snack is better than a full meal that you don’t need. The full dinner probably has a least as large of an unhealthy component anyway, besides all the additional calories. This is surprisingly easy to do(especially if you just eat the desert).
I bet most people are not very hungry for dinner at least 2 or 3 times per week.Many have a big meal out of habit or because they or someone else went to the trouble of making it. I always make it a point to say “I love you” to the cook,in some fashion, when I refuse to eat a big meal someone prepared. Don’t skip this last part.
