The fact that he still has support from anyone is astounding. This happened just a few months after he married wife #3. His wife was pregnant.
“I’ve gotta use some tic tacs, just in case I start kissing her,” Trump says.“You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait.”
“And when you’re a star they let you do it,” Trump says. “You can do anything.”
“Whatever you want,” says another voice, apparently Bush’s.
“Grab them by the pussy,” Trump says. “You can do anything” https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-recorded-having-extremely-lewd-conversation-about-women-in-2005/2016/10/07/3b9ce776-8cb4-11e6-bf8a-3d26847eeed4_story.html?postshare=2491475870527101&tid=ss_tw

Um, SK . . . as usual, you omitted here the most important part of this recorded convo . . . that is . . . the beginning, as per your article:
“You know I moved on her actually,” Trump recounted to a young Bush. “You know she was down on Palm Beach. I moved on her and I failed. I’ll admit it. I did try and fuck her. She was married … (she told me she wanted to look at some furniture and I told her I know where there is some good furniture). I took her out [for] furniture [shopping]. I moved on her like a bitch, but I couldn’t get there, and she was married. Then all of a sudden I see her, she’s now got, the big phony tits and everything. She’s totally changed her look . . . .”
(bold, italicized and parenthesized words/phrase mine)
Yeah, private “locker room talk” to another male (currently anchoring his own TV show) who was ROTFALHAO in response to Trump’s joking on what turned out to be a “bugged” bus. Even if Trump’s story about O’Dell was true or partially true (they went to a furniture store together . . . BFD), it happened in the past (meaning year(s) before this discussion took place).
Notice that Zucker walked out to meet Bush and his friend, Trump off the bus after already possibly listening to what they were saying on the “bugged bus” herself. She initially hugged Bush and then decided to walk between them, with an arm around both men. I don’t know if you’re aware of this, but the female professionals in the entertainment industry and especially those who have worked in the “back lots” of said industry for years well know the “score” in an industry which has only recently gotten more females in positions of power (production) and which has been historically dominated by males who have been “running the show” for nearly 100 years and casting female actors often based solely on their looks! As such, the females in this cutthroat industry well know the “lay of the land.”
Also notice that, even though they have had 11 years to do so, neither Zucker nor any of the other bus riders nor O’Dell have ever complained about this incident to the studio (O’Dell may have not been aware of these comments prior to yesterday and she obviously doesn’t give a rat’s @ss about them now.) She only just today issued a generic, apolitical statement (not even mentioning Trump) to cover her own a$$. Ask yourselves why ALL of these people have had ample opportunity since September 16, 2005, to complain publicly about Trump or tell Trump off personally but none of them have done so NOR have ever released that tape . . . that is, until the Clinton campaign somehow got a hold of it (from an ultra-lib media mogul?). Stranger things have happened.
Donald and Melania were married January 22, 2005, just 8 days short of 8 months at the time of his conversation with Bush. Donald introduced Melania to O’Dell when she hosted the 2004 Emmy awards (February/March 2004?) when they were still dating. He was obviouslyNOT talking to Bush about an incident which just happened yesterday or even within the past year or even the past five years when he referred to O’Dell in his conversation with Bush. In other words, Trump was “single” during the time the “furniture store incident” with O’Dell took place . . . that is, IF it actually ever took place at all. O’Dell didn’t corroborate the event so in my mind, it’s a non-starter.

FIH, my opinion on Hill’s fitness for POTUS has nothing to do with “’til death do us part” or even whether Bill and Hill had an agreement to have an open marriage from day one. I don’t even care about that. It’s based upon all the public humiliation over decades that she CHOSE to repeatedly suffer at the hands of Bill and the adverse effect it had on her in every way, shape and form.
Well now. You’ve supported Trump because, in your words above, you can’t support someone who let themselves be humiliated repeatedly. again, your words, I don’t agree with the humiliated label.
If that is so, then how on earth can you support someone who does the humiliating? See SK’s quote below.
Trump admits he is hitting on a woman he knows to be married, while his own wife his pregnant! And fingering women, while is wife is pregnant, because he knows he can get away with it! Come on BG, you either have to quit supporting Trump right now or have yourself labeled as the biggest hypocrite ever.
svelte, you’re more naïve than anyone here would have thought you to be if you actually think all this “locker room talk” represents the actual experience of the speaker, lol. I’ve heard much, much worse in and out of my own workplace (coworkers). Over my working years, I’ve heard males repeatedly and routinely talking trash about women with sheep, women with dogs and on and on. You can well imagine the rest of it. I just let it roll off my back as there is no cure for porn addiction so I just felt sorry for them. Some of the speakers were in positions of power. Actually, a handful of the speakers (off and on) made over $250K annually. This type of “male locker-room talk” isn’t meant for females to hear . . . it’s just the way a lot of them let off steam to one another. It doesn’t mean anything. No one is actually “scoring” with anyone.
I’m not condoning this type of speech but it is a reality in certain industries . . . the entertainment industry being one of them. I’m not condoning what Trump said to Bush but the MSM, of course, is having a field day with these comments (they fall into the sex, drugs and rock ‘n roll category, which is awesome for ratings). The Republican representatives who are now withdrawing their endorsements from Trump are just mightily trying to flick the flies off their starched cuffs . . . to “separate” themselves from Trump if they are currently running to keep their offices or supporting another down-ballot conservative who is . . . especially if the bulk of their “constituencies” are either Evangelical or Mormon.
I DID poll three separate families (all OOS relatives and staunch Southern Baptists) last night and was told by all of them that they still intend to vote for Trump. Honestly, after speaking to them, I get the feeling that a lot of people don’t spend several hours per day on the internet and two out of three of these families only have an antenna (getting local channels only) and thus don’t have the 24/7 cable news stream of squawking heads invading their airspace. The average voter has far more important priorities their lives than sitting around lamenting in front of the TV what dirty jokes Donald Trump was telling 11, 18, 27, 31 or 35 years ago whilst “working” in the entertainment industry and possibly being “recorded.” They actually care about the issues this country is facing which are at a greater stake in this election more than at any other time in history. Imagine that!
svelte, you have absolutely no basis with which to compare Bill Clinton’s actions with Trump’s words, however “raunchy” they are perceived. Bill Clinton actually dropped his pants, unsolicited, and requested sexual favors of many women, a handful of them being young, 21-23 year old women, either interning or working in their first good job. He and his “sidekick,” Hillary Clinton, were forced to pay out an $850K settlement for Bill exhibiting exactly this behavior (in lieu of standing trial for it whilst serving as POTUS). If my spouse had conducted himself in a lewd and lascivious manner (as Clinton did) forcing us to pay out $850K in damages to the victim, I would have walked the other way so fast it would make his head swim (POTUS or not).
You’re also forgetting that Ms. Clinton (Hillary) arranged for one of Bill’s “paramour’s” cat to be killed and for another of his paramour’s tires to be slashed while she was at work. She also arranged for state gubment lackeys (assigned to Bill while he served at Governor of AR) to follow some of these women in their private lives and intimidate them and covertly caused false rumors to be spread about some of these women in attempt to smear them and ruin their reputation and thus, livelihoods, in the small, insulated state of AR. She even managed to successfully run one of them out of town (their hometown), causing her to feel she had to leave her job behind to start over fresh in another state.
If you don’t understand the difference between words (especially those said in a joking manner by Donald Trump in an “entertainment industry setting”) and actions (such as those many egregious lewd offenses against women Bill Clinton committed over ~22 years and those criminal and slanderous attacks on women Hillary Clinton committed in the same time frame and after), then I can’t help you and neither than anyone else. You’re beyond help :=0
