Since April and mostly in the last few weeks there have been about 2 dozen properties that got foreclosed on in CV. Most are condos/townhomes. There are a bunch of auctions scheduled and a fair amount of NOD’s hanging out there. While not a flood, it looks like there should be some bank owned inventory on the way for CV attached homes.
