Seriously, how does anyone know what Pay Option Arm holders are paying? Is there any real statistics or accurate data out there.
Mish posted about a single 07 vintage pool earlier this year. The 30/60/90 delinquency rates were staggering back then. There is also the stat floating around, quoted many times (not verified by me) that 80% of POA holders pay the minimum.
