I find it interesting that you read someone of whom you tire, or perhaps it is so tiring, you read my posts to help you fall asleep. Anyway, the discussion was about investors, not people who cashed out and are waiting to buy. How many people have $100K laying around for the purpose of buying rental properties? I know of nobody with such intentions, but perhaps you do. Of those people, who would buy a depreciating asset?
