Thanks for the info. It looks like the price needs to come down a little more before I would consider this sub. The current price is 247-327 sqft which is a wide range. I would like to see the medium range in 250 but that properly won’t happen anytime soon since most of these sellers do not have toxic mortgage. Definitely a nice area but get in and out can be a challenge during rush hour. What is the best local route commuting from 163/Balboa to this area without using the 5?
