Do know that we are **always** looking, and have made a few lowball offers that make sense to us. Your numbers are very much in line with what we’re thinking, TG, and we’re even making offers above those numbers, as we’re willing to pay a bit of a premium in order to hurry up the process a bit. Mr. CAR is getting testy about renting for so long.
I’ve always agreed with you and the others about the lower-priced areas, and have said from day one that price/rent and price/income ratios are key to finding bottom-ish pricing. Even said it was getting near reasonable over a year ago in the lower-cost areas I follow. The higher end, however, is still very bubbly. 🙁
