While you may be right with the price, “Serenity” just around the corner is still selling new homes for $900k before upgrades and the much larger “Sanctuary” home seems to be a “bargain”. I wouldn’t be surprised if this will be bid up to $1.2 mio. Also, many people don’t seem to mind (and can afford) to pay several hundred a month for MR and HOA.
