Sure, one needs a professional, a realtor, to understand everything in detail and follow it through, I agree. My only wish would be that the fees could be custom-tailored, or have a few different options. I don’t think, that the selling/buying houses can happen totally without a realtor. There is too much unknown, people often are not completely honest, trustworthy, honorable and most important, knowledgeable and aware.
