At what? The idea that a completely unfair compensation system is in place (realtors who work just as hard as you make $40k/yr in many areas of the country), or the idea that it can’t remain this way forever, with the rising popularity of alternatives?
Look, I’ll have my license by this time next year. I’d love to think the current commission structure will be around for 20 years, but I just can’t see it happening.
