The most recent Encinitas rally wasn’t mentioned on the usual sites, so a lot of people didn’t know about it. Even so, there were probably closer to 50-100 people there, not three.
They’ve also started up a few more “Occupy” locations in North Couty, so it’s more spread out (not sure it’s such a good idea to spread out like that, IMO).
