Yes, sdr, I am aware that there are older parts of Carmel Valley. But the OP is considering purchasing in the newer subdivisions feeding into the impacted Elem school attendance area.
So, would you state that 92127 (in particular, 4S subdivisions) has exorbitant MR? If you know, how much is the typical annual MR on a five-year old 4S SFR with a purchase price of approx $700K? And how many years are remaining to pay bonds on a typical 5-year old SFR there??
Don’t try to confuse him/her by mentioning other distant SD areas. Help the OP out here. 4S is one of his/her areas they are considering purchasing in. You have to assume the OP knows little, if anything, about Mello Roos bonds and what their obligations would be if they purchased within a particular CFD (amount and duration).
