sdr – you are just making my point. Every neighborhood that people live in think their neighborhood is THE best.
The way you go on about your little paradise sounds exactly the same as retired dchestney on SDL. A few years ago he very arrogantly stated that there would be no declines there b/c everyone wants to live there. He goes on and on about Hillcrest and how it’s walkable and all the great shops and restaurants, etc. etc. blah, blah.
But if I talk to my friend who is a single professional living in LJ, he goes on and on about how he LOVES living in LJ in his condo and not have to worry about a yard and go to the beach nearby, shops, restaurants, etc. etc.
There was someone else on SDL who wanted country living in San Diego who ended up buying in the exburbs of Fallbrook b/c she declared it was paradise.
Repeating what I said earlier, people in Seattle say that’s THE best city in the US.
How can all these places be the best, including yours? It’s what I already stated. Everyone thinks theirs is the best.
