sdr, I’ll reply to your “diatribe” tomorrow, but I just have three questions here.
1) Did your “engineer-victim” get a professional inspection of the property he purchased in urban SD PRIOR to COE?
2) Is he/she currently buying or renting in “Gridlocked Nirvana”
3) Why do you think his/her ultimate “older female agent” so successfully convinced him/her to invest in “urban SD” if his/her “lifetime stomping grounds” was in “Gridlocked Nirvana.” Where was his/her family influence at the time of purchase? What was this buyer doing shopping in “urban SD??” Something in your “story” doesn’t fit.
