Same here.. been waiting for years, plenty of people talked to him, showed him real data, you name it. He whined and cried, he had to have this house, my family.. blah blah blah.. my.. things are so different now.
Accountability means jack these days, you signed the dotted line, you accept the consequences, that’s why you don’t sign until you make sure you can accept those consequences.
His attitude is the reason we got into this mess.. people just took the house.. what’s the worst thing that can happen, I’ll just walk away… all of a sudden his house is crap.. when before it was a great house, and he HAD TO HAVE IT, IT IS SUCH A DEAL!!
