sdduuuude, with all due respect, I understand there are a few one-story houses in 92124, but are they 3500+ sf? Or even 3000 sf??
That’s why I suggested 92120 (DC) here, thinking he “might” find a property to suit his family’s needs (low inventory), before he stated he preferred a “walkable community to amenities.”
Since the trolley went thru (underground) to SDSU, a good portion of eastbound I-8 jam in the morning into there has been alleviated.
I also thought of two other urban enclaves which have rare listings which would meet his needs. Both are walkable but their HS’s and respective feeders are not the best.
“Easy access to LJ and I-15” will not help this OP as he will be working in 92021.
I-15 and I-805 are absolute living nightmares traveling both ways during the rush hours.
