Yep and yep. Paying a fair price (PITI < rent) is not always paying at the absolute rock bottom price. Primary resident is not equal to rental property (very different calculation involved since we have to live somewhere). I'm perfectly OK w/ my place dropping in price. Is that so hard to understand?
