It was a short sale property at Savannah Terrace in Sabre Springs. I know I could afford only X dollars but he was pushing for X+30K dollars. That was not properly justified to me. He said that there were multiple offers on the property and to top other offers extra 30K was necessary. He did not give me any proof of offers even when I asked for it.
Secondly, I could not trust his bargaining and negotiation skills. Thirdly, he did not give necessary attention to me or answered my questions properly. At time he just shrugged me off.
He is truely a lame realtor.
The lender was asking 455K. The realtor wanted me to put 485K. It was not his listing. But it was his buddy’s listing. I thot there was a secret connection there.
