SDR, I’ve been to a few houses in UC for social gatherings and as I recall, one of them had a 14K corner lot (about 1.5K slope). One of the listings I posted a link to here had a 1.23 AC lot (mostly slope adjacent to open space). And aren’t there a few dozen lots that are over 10K sf in UC? I don’t think the average lot in UC is the SD “City Std” of 5000 sf. I think the avg lot there is a little larger than that, possibly 6500 sf to 7000 sf, certainly MUCH larger than the lots in 92130.
