Not bad at all! I have seen in the past the 1600 sf floorplan at Avanti. It’s pretty nice, albeit too small for my household IMO.
I love the Renaissance area too, it’s beautiful. But I couldn’t afford what was there, and the smallest floorplans were too small for me to be worth the price. However, I noticed a lot of noise from Nobel, weren’t you guys bothered by it? Or maybe it wasn’t that bad in one of the interior units?

Perhaps an REO would go for the mid 400Ks in a year or so…Regular sales won’t – too much demand I feel. Still, low 500Ks in a year or less for the 1600-1700 sf floorplans seems quite possible. I’d be interested in one of the larger floorplans in Avanti (~2000 sf) if they were in the low 500Ks. We’ll wait and see.
