SD, and the rest of you, my lease here isn’t up until 7 more months. What are the chances of me finding a brand new house in the 200-300k area in the next year or next couple of years in a decent area in San Diego?
I would prefer something new where I won’t have to replace carpets and what not. Is new construction possible in the price range I’m looking in?
