Scarlett’s advice is wonderful if you do not want to own that property. I have a few condos that size listed nearby in the mid 300’s all with much higher HOA and MR fees. They are condos not houses. All have plenty of offers on them right now.
BTW, the house that sold for 350K if it is the one I think it is was an absolute disaster of a house. probably needed 6 figures in repairs.
