Correct me if I’m wrong, Scarlett, but the Ramsay/Haworth garage looked attached, to me (from the listing photo).
Scarlett, prior to the mid-60’s, ALL garages in this area of CA were built with redwood or cedar planks. I could take an educated guess that half or more of them have never been finished with drywall, like you would see in newer construction. This makes it easier to see possible termite infestations.
