Scarlett, I don’t see that constellation but if you are interested in placing an offer on the Southpointe property and a guarantee to a HS attendance area is important to you, you should call the District Office and find out how the optional program works. Schools can become impacted year to year, depending on magnet and VEEP students already enrolled in the school of your choice. You can’t present an elementary-age child today for HS attendance. I would not make an offer on RE based upon belief or presumption but upon fact, if the main reason or one of the reasons for the purchase was a certain “guaranteed” public school admission in the distant future.
