WOW, that link is gorgeous, kid-friendly AND expensive, but BEST OF ALL, just around the corner from TPES! If the OP and his spouse can go over $1M, this area is an AWESOME enclave to raise kids in. My youngest went to baseball camp up there at little-league for a couple summers and I loved the ambiance and the “woods” in the middle of the street! Good work, Scarlett!
