I’ve been through Southpointe many times, looking for rentals or at open houses. I have seen this property at the open house this weekend. This particular unit is on a short cul de sac off the beaten path – enter from the Via Mallorca, not from the tiny interior streets of the complex, so it’s kind of private and has a feel of a SFR in a way. Been there at night and for that particular unit there is no noise whatsoever.[/quote]
What did you think of the kitchen? And all the stairs? And do all the garages face one another?
The unit in your link LOOKS ALMOST IDENTICAL INSIDE to those on Eastbluff – even what floorplan I can see. They are adjacent to each other. Perhaps they had the same builder.
