Scarlett, you don’t need to confuse yourself with multiple properties in inventory. You only need to buy ONE.
PQ and SR have more inventory because they have more DISTRESSED property listings which may or may not translate into successfully-consummated closings, i.e. “hopeful short-sales.” There are more REOs and walkaways (deeds in lieu/cash for keys) in these areas than UC.
Sit down for a moment and ask yourself why this is so.
