Scarlett, not to be “hounding” you, but do you think you will find an SFR that you “both love” that will “call your names” located within the school-attendance areas you desire and also within your price range?
Is there any way you could possibly love the “future potential” of a property instead, in order to get the size house you need in a school-attendance area you desire?
I guess what I’m asking here is, would you have enough “discretionary income” after purchasing to make gradual repairs on an SFR located in a “better” area and which meets your needs otherwise? And how would you feel about living there if it took you 3-5 years to get the property exactly like you wanted it??
