Scarlett, I think I may have mentioned this before on another thread, but I dog-sat for ten days many years ago in A VERY LARGE unit on Mahaila Ave (92122). I do not know the same of the complex but the landscaping was beautiful, the pool area was very well maintained at the time and the unit was between 1750-1900 sf, I think, and the inside was absolutely superior to your Southpointe unit in every way, shape and form. I do NOT know what the current dues in this complex would be now but the unit felt like a house and was VERY livable for a family if you wanted to stay in that area.
